Bank project monitoring
Brian Gale Surveyors are approved Project Monitors for a variety of Bank and Lending Institutions, our Clients include Bank of Scotland, Royal Bank of Scotland, Nat West and HSBC.
Where a bank is providing development/building cost finance on a project involving construction, alteration, refurbishment or conversion of property, we can act to provide the Lending Bank with all of the information reporting that it requires including Certification for regular “draw downs” of monies by the Borrower – ensuring that the construction team receive the requisite funds promptly and at the correct level to ensure the smooth continuation of the project.
Project Monitoring also embraces the over-seeing of Building Regulation issues, Planning Conditions, Building Warranties (NHBC/Zurich etc) and a host of other “construction issues”.
