Sharon Dodimead
Sharon has been a valued member of Brian Gale Surveyors since January 2002. With over two decades at the firm, she brings experience, consistency and a deep understanding of how the practice supports local homeowners.
Background and Experience
Before joining BGS, Sharon worked as a Sales Administrator for a hair and beauty company. Earlier in her career, she was a School Cook – a role that required organisation, reliability and a calm approach under pressure.
She holds 10 GCSEs and one O Level, and has built much of her expertise through hands-on experience and many years working closely with clients and surveyors.
Role at Brian Gale Surveyors
As Office Administrator, Sharon plays an important part in keeping the day-to-day administration running smoothly. She supports with:
- Preparing documentation
- Coordinating appointments
- Handling client communications
- Assisting the surveyors with office support
Her long service means she understands the process inside out. Clients often appreciate her friendly, steady manner and willingness to help with practical questions.

Having been part of the practice since 2002, Sharon has seen the company grow and adapt over the years while continuing to serve homeowners across Reigate and the surrounding areas.
Her experience helps ensure that every client receives efficient and dependable support throughout their survey.
Outside of Work
In her spare time, Sharon enjoys puzzles, walking and cooking – interests that reflect her practical, thoughtful and patient nature.
